  1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or registering for any programs organized by IIR International Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1184960-V), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services Provided

IIR International Sdn. Bhd. provides training programs, seminars, general consulting, event management, and related services (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at our discretion with prior notice.

  1. Registration and Payment
  • Registration for courses (e.g., Transformational NLP Coaching Certification) is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved HRD Corp grant.
  • Payments must be made via our designated payment gateways (e.g., ToyyibPay) or direct bank transfer prior to the event date.
  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, presentations, slides, and digital content provided during our programs are the exclusive intellectual property of IIR International Sdn. Bhd. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our express written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our training programs are designed for educational and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial, career, or psychological results. IIR International Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
