Service Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 01 June 2026

  1. Program Delivery

IIR International Sdn. Bhd. delivers services through various formats, including in-person seminars, online webinars, and corporate in-house training. The specific format, schedule, and location will be clearly stated upon registration.

  1. Confirmation of Service

Upon successful registration and payment clearance, participants will receive an email confirmation containing the event details, itinerary, and any pre-course materials within 48 hours.

  1. Training Materials

Physical materials (e.g., workbooks, certification documents) will be distributed on-site for physical events. For online programs, digital materials will be sent via email or a secure download link prior to the commencement of the course.

  1. Certification

Certificates of Completion or Certification (where applicable, such as the NLP Coaching Certification) will be issued to participants who successfully complete the required training hours, and any associated assessments as determined by the lead trainer.

  1. HRD Corp Claimable Programs

For programs registered under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), it is the responsibility of the client/employer to apply for the grant prior to the training date. IIR International Sdn. Bhd. will provide the necessary documentation (e.g., quotations, trainer profiles, attendance sheets) to facilitate the claim process. Service delivery is subject to HRD Corp’s approval guidelines.
