Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 June 2026

  1. Cancellation by Participant
  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made by the participant at least 21 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the training program without prior written notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire program fee.
  1. Substitute Participants

If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same organization may attend in their place at no additional cost, provided written notice is given to us at least 5 days before the event.

  1. Cancellation or Postponement by IIR International Sdn. Bhd.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or change the venue/format (e.g., from physical to online) of any training program due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or force majeure.

  • In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will receive a full 100% refund of the fees paid.
  • In the event of postponement, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.
  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original method of payment or a designated bank account.
